Mr. Ralf Henn is respon­si­ble for pro­vid­ing lead­er­ship, direc­tion, and man­age­ment for the Secure ID Seg­ment and sets the strat­e­gy in this role. He defines detailed plans to dri­ve prof­itable growth across the seg­ment.
Pri­or to join­ing AdvanIDe, Ralf was Senior Vice Pres­i­dent and Head of the Busi­ness Unit Gov­ern­ment of Linx­ens. He was respon­si­ble for the lead­er­ship of a cross-func­­tion­al team (oper­a­tion, sales, R&D), P&L busi­ness plans, and cus­tomer rela­tion­ships.
Pri­or to his work at Linx­ens, Ralf was with Smar­trac in Thai­land for over 10 years (var­i­ous roles). He took over the posi­tion of Head of Busi­ness Unit Gov­ern­ment in 2014.
Ralf also spent 4 years with Luc­ch­esi as a Project Man­ag­er in Italy before join­ing Smar­trac. As a Senior Project Man­ag­er, he was respon­si­ble for design­ing, build­ing and com­mis­sion­ing a man­u­fac­tur­ing plant for coat­ed films.
Over­all, Ralf has more than 20 years of expe­ri­ence in the iden­ti­fi­ca­tion indus­try, main­ly relat­ed to Gov­ern­ment prod­ucts.
